Refund Policy The Knightsbridge Theatre has a 14-day, 100% money back guarantee on all of its products for retail customers. If a retail customer is dissatisfied with the product(s) for any reason, within fourteen (14) days of the sale the product may be returned for full credit. Retail customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number ("RA#") and the return address by contacting Knightsbridge Theatre. The RA# must appear on each package returned to The Knightsbridge Theatre. If any product is returned to The Knightsbridge Theatre without a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the shipping box, it will be rejected and returned at the customer's cost.
